These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wryva online store (https://wryva.com) and the purchases made by consumers and business customers.

2. Products & Custom Phone Case Production

Wryva specializes in high-quality, custom-printed smartphone cases manufactured using full-wrap 3D thermal sublimation technology and precision laser-fit cases.

Customers can design personalized cases using their own uploaded photographs, text, and artwork, or utilize our built-in Wryva Studio™ creative tools. By uploading content, the customer affirms that they hold the necessary rights and licenses for the artwork and that the content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Ordering Process & Contract Formation

The purchase contract is concluded electronically in Hungarian or English when the customer completes checkout and receives our automated electronic confirmation email containing order details, invoice specifications, and tracking information.

4. Prices & Payment Methods

All product prices displayed on the website are gross consumer prices including applicable VAT (ÁFA). Available payment methods include:

• Online Card Payment: Secure bank card transactions processed via OTP SimplePay (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in cash or bank card upon receipt to the courier or at parcel lockers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched via MPL (Magyar Posta Logisztika). Available delivery options include MPL Automated Parcel Lockers (Csomagautomata), PostaPont collection points, Post offices, and direct home delivery.

Estimated production and delivery time is 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 13:00 on business days are prioritized for same-day production dispatch.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) Section 29(1)(c), the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (custom-designed phone cases manufactured with user-uploaded photos, custom graphics, or personalized text).

However, our 100% Quality & Fit Guarantee applies to all products. If a delivered item suffers from a manufacturing defect, damaged material, or incorrect case dimension, Wryva provides a prompt complimentary replacement or refund upon notice to customer support.
